Halal Monitoring Services (HMS) is a non-profit certification body run by an independent team of experienced Ulama (Islamic scholars). HMS certifies and monitors hand-slaughtered halal meat across the entire supply chain, from the slaughterhouse to the distributor to the restaurant, currently operating across more than 20 U.S. states and Canada.
